The City of 91¸£Àûµ¼º½ is accepting registration through March 31 for the 2023 LIGHT Summer Youth Employment Program.
The LIGHT Program – Learning, Initiative and Gaining Headway Together – will run from July 10-Aug. 11.
The program is open to youth aged 14-18 who live in 91¸£Àûµ¼º½. Youth employees will work up to 20 hours per week, earn $14.25 per hour and must meet all eligibility and orientation requirements to participate.
In order complete the registration process, you will need to:
- Fill out the by noon on March 31;
- Print out and complete the payroll packet (it will be mailed to you once online registration is completed);
- Between March 13-March 31 from 3-6 p.m. and April 3-14 9 a.m.-4 p.m., bring the payroll packet and the to the Summer Youth Employment Office in Bleecker Stadium; and
- Attend and complete a family orientation session in May.
