Eagle Point partners with Capital Roots

A second-grade students samples a cucumber.

Thanks to Capital Roots, Eagle Point Elementary students will be learning about the best foods for their bodies...and where it comes from!

Second-graders in Tamara Armstrong and Melissa Shelmerdine's classes and first-graders in Christina Lebrecht and Karyn Barry's classes are participating in a five week 'Taste Good Series' that introduces students to fresh fruit and vegetables through stories, projects, cooking and, of course, taste tests!
