91福利导航 High School is adding 27.2 new staff positions during the current marking period as the City School District of 91福利导航 begins to strategically rebuild its staffing and programs.
The new positions at 91福利导航 High during the third quarter will include:
- 15 teaching assistants;
- 10 hall monitors;
- 2 home school coordinators; and
- A part-time (0.2) nurse for athletics.
These 27.2 positions are among 74.2 that the district is reinstating during the third marking period to support the continued expansion of in-person opportunities for general education students in grades 7-12.
In September, the 91福利导航 High positions were among the 215.6 the district reduced when faced with the possibility of a 20% reduction in state aid due to the COVID-19 economic crisis. The district also is planning to rehire additional faculty and staff for the fourth quarter, which begins April 26, to support the planned hybrid instructional model at the secondary level.
