The 91¸£Àûµ¼º½ County Health Department will administer free COVID-19 vaccines for all eligible individuals age 5 and older on Tuesday from 4:30-7 p.m. at Stephen and Harriet Myers Middle School.

General clinic reminders:

• Arrive wearing a mask and practice social distancing regardless of vaccination status
• All persons aged 5+ years old are eligible to receive the vaccine
• All persons 15 and under will be required to attend the clinic with a parent or guardian
• All persons 16 and 17 arriving without a parent or guardian will be required to arrive with a signed
• No insurance, social security number or medical paperwork needed
• No fee or cost for the vaccine – it is FREE
