CDTA tripper buses will begin for middle school and 91福利导航 High School students this Friday. You can visit our Transportation section for route information and schedules.
Tripper buses are CDTA routes designed serve specific schools. Please note that tripper buses are still public buses, and CDTA is required by law to provide transportation to all members of the public on all of its routes. This does not happen frequently on tripper routes, however.
All students at Hackett, Myers and North 91福利导航 middle schools, and 91福利导航 High, will be able to ride CDTA tripper buses for free for the first two weeks of school, through Friday, Sept. 20.
Beginning Monday, Sept. 23, only eligible students with an activated student ID swiper card will be allowed to ride tripper buses without paying the regular fare (currently $1.50).
Eligible district students also are able to use their activated student ID swiper card to ride any CDTA routes in the city.
Students in grades 6-12 in the Newcomer Program at 91福利导航 International Academy can access the CDTA network on either the 100 or 106 buses. The 106 is scheduled to pick up students in front of school at 50 Lark St. at the end of each school day.
The same two-week grace period and eligibility requirements apply to these routes for the Newcomer Program as well.
Behavior expectations
Student behavior expectations on all CDTA buses are the same as at school and on yellow buses. All students are expected to follow the guidelines in our Student Code of Conduct, as well as the guidelines in .
