Struggling to find an affordable and practical solution for outdoor storage? Look no more!
As part of our students’ work-based learning requirement for earning their Career & Technical Education – Technical Endorsement Diploma, our Construction Technology students at 91¸£Àûµ¼º½ High School will be building small lean-to style sheds, which are now available for order.
These sheds measure 4 feet by 8 feet and are perfect for additional storage while not taking up too much yard space.
Students are required to put together materials cost estimates working directly with the lumber yards, communicate directly with the buyer to discuss project details, interpret building plans and build the shed to the customers’ specifications.
The students will be finalizing their own estimates for learning purposes. For potential buyers, the total cost of the project is averaging $1,400 for materials and delivery.
