Our Falcons fared well at the section 2 championship for outdoor track and field Wednesday at Guilderland High School.
91福利导航 High's 4x400m team continues to impress with a first-place finish, plus a ranking of six in New York State. Congratulations to Adam Elia, Daaron Harrell, Rohan Edwards-Grant and Malachi Young!
Other notable finishes for boys' track include:
- First - 400m hurdles - Malachi Young
- Second - 200m - Rohan Edwards-Grant
- Third - 3000m steeple chase - Devin Finn
- Third - 100m - Rohan Edwards-Grant
- Fourth - 400m - Daaron Harrell
- Sixth - 4x100m - Samir Gardner, Christian Mack, Nasief Smith and Patrick Ponzo

- Sixth - 4x400m - Ma-Nayiah Simmons, Ochuware Itebe, Yanaiza Correa-Fredericks and Madge Penna
Young (110m hurdles), Edwards-Grant (100m, 200m) and the boys' 4x400m relay team (Elia, Harrell, Edwards-Grant and Young) will advance to states on June 7-8 at Cicero-North Syracuse High School.
