Congratulations to 91¸£Àûµ¼º½ High School senior Alex Doehla on earning All-Section 2 recognition as one of the area’s top goalies this season.
Playing for the Mohawks in the Capital District High School Hockey League, Doehla finished an outstanding career with a save percentage of 91%. In 881 minutes played this season, Doehla recorded a 92% save percentage.
The Mohawks are a combined team made up of student-athletes from 91¸£Àûµ¼º½ High as well as Niskayuna, Schenectady, Amsterdam and Broadalbin-Perth.
“We are in every single game because of his efforts day-in and day-out,” said Mohawks coach Ryan O’Connell. “He’s just unbelievable.”
