Survey FAQs
This section contains questions from families specifically related to our survey on the possible scenarios.
Will there be any in person meetings in the Pine Hills, Montessori, Eagle Point or New Scotland neighborhoods? Will the survey results be made public?
The district held virtual meetings for all elementary schools during the week of Feb. 14, and both in-person meetings scheduled for Feb. 28 and March 1 are open to all families district-wide. The online survey also is open to all families, and the survey results will be shared publicly after the survey closes.
All surveys should include questions about whether families would move out of the district based upon feeder patterns. This is something that should be considered by the district and families who may not want to change existing feeder patterns.
The district respects the right of every family to make the decisions that they believe are in their own best interest. We will continue to work hard each and every day to provide high-quality learning experiences for all of our students in all of our schools as we move forward.
